Milton is the Founder of MC² Manufacturing Academy, Inc. He has Over 20 years of experience teaching as a Math instructor he taught at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and taught, public and private high schools in the Milwaukee area and at all four locations at the Milwaukee Area Technical college.
As a Math instructor, he taught students from all background and ages he is especially comfortable working with students from underrepresented population to become efficient in math so they can proceed in STEM profession.
Milton earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota. Mr. Bond has two Master of Science degrees from Cardinal Stritch University The first Master’s degree is in Educational leadership and the second is in Computer Science. Milton is currently finishing a Master of Art degree from Harvard University in Teaching Mathematics.
Milton Bond, MA, MS has extensive experience as an educator and curriculum development for various populations including K6-12, technical schools, community colleges and incarcerated individuals. As an African American male native to Milwaukee, he is exquisitely aware of ramifications of systemic biases personally and professionally. As such, Milton has been extremely active in addressing issues of racial disparities in his community and throughout the state. For example, he created at risk shelter/ group home in Milwaukee for at risk youth with developmental disability and mental illness. He is also Founder of a nonprofit academy (MC-Squared Manufacturing Academy, Inc) which is dedicated to training the next generation of workers for engineering and manufacturing industries, with focus on enhancing STEM skills and targeting opportunities for under-served populations, especially African American males, who currently face 50% unemployment rates in Milwaukee alone. Mr. Bond was recently appointed by the Governor of Wisconsin to sit on the state’s Medical Examining Board and he also serves on other Board of Directors as well.
20 plus years’ experience teaching diverse, and at-risk populations in Milwaukee’s inner-city schools Math courses ranging from Basic concepts to Calculus and STEM introduction at the K6 – 12 level, and University and Community colleges. A graduate from the University in Minnesota with a B S in Economics and two Master Degrees from Cardinal Stritch University. A Maters in Science in Computer Science and a M S in Educational leadership. Currently finishing a Masters degree in Teaching Mathematics at Harvard University.

Keino Williams is the President and Owner of Williams Engineering LLC. He founded this company in 2005. His company offers on and offsite engineering and manufacturing services with consultation to the OEM machine tool companies, Department of Defense, automotive, aerospace, firearms, oil/gas, die mold, and medical industries. He has over 25 years of hands-on experience in corporate management involving customer consultation for product and process development to provide engineering and manufacturing solutions. He has developed, produced and implemented many engineering and manufacturing processes with quality inspection applications in house and in accordance with customers’ ISO9001 procedures and documentation requirements.
Keino graduated in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Engineering and Applied Science. His past corporate work experiences have been with GE Aviation, Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and the Makino Machine Tool Company. He works with high-performance race engines and holds a National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) Top Sportsman license to race at NHRA events.
In his spare time, he enjoys family time with his wife’s and son’s activities. He actively participates in physical fitness, running, walking and mentoring. Occasionally, he trains young athletes in preparation for football competition. He also enjoys reading history and philosophy books and magazines on technologies and applications. He has a passion for drag racing, machining, building and tinkering with his race engine projects.
Barbara A. Hastie, Jr., Ph.D. is the founder of PoWER & Beyond Inc and co-founder of AHEAD 360o (which stands for Addressing Health, Economic, & Academic Disparities) that specializes in assessing and creating transformation toward equity within organizations, systems, communities and individuals.
Dr. Hastie is a Clinical Neuropsychologist and a distinguished NIH Health Disparities Scholar who has served at several highly esteemed academic institutions including University of Florida, University of Wisconsin and currently Indiana University. Notably, she built and maintained her psychophysiology research laboratory and multi-million-dollar inter-disciplinary, trans-institutional, international research enterprise. She has a very successful and sustained track record of securing federal grants as well as other public- and private-foundation funding. Dr. Hastie has focused her research, clinical and policy work on changing systems, legislation and practices that marginalize populations and perpetuate inequities.
Dr. Hastie has also served as Executive Director for state, national and international non-profit organizations, growing them from small operations to highly successful and prominent models for change. As such, she is extremely adept at helping organizations develop and execute strategic action plans, build crucial infrastructure and maintain sustainable capital development.
In her previous career with the US State Department, Dr. Hastie worked on critical issues of global impact, particularly in the Operations Center and related international task forces. As such, she has keen insight and exceptional experience in national and international affairs and inter-agency collaborations as well as private and public sector interface.
In addition to the aforementioned work – and her role with MC Squared Manufacturing Academy Inc – Dr. Hastie serves as a consultant to the United Nations on access to essential medicines and palliative care for disadvantaged and marginalized populations and is helping to build the only International Center in Global Palliative Care in the world. Her passion is to serve the underserved and to work fervently for equity and justice with – and for – all who are inexcusably marginalized and disenfranchised, motivated by the statement of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, that “injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”
John Alves is the President of Integral Aerospace, an independent Small Business, supporting the Aerospace and Defense markets located in Southern California. Previously, John held progressive titles from Lead Engineer to Plant Manager of GE Aviation. While at GE, John led the Flight Testing Operation flight line team for Certification of LEAP 1A, 1B, 1C, Passport 20, and GEnx. He was part of the GE first Lean Lab for manufacturing development of airfoils. John was a Value Stream Leader for the manufacturing and assembly of flight controls. Formerly, he served as Application Engineer of Makino Milling Machine Co, a machine tool builder with global sales and service, headquartered in Japan.
John earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology from California State University – Chico, and his Master of Business Administration at the University of Redlands.
Edna R. Abernathy is president and CEO of E.R. Abernathy Industrial, Inc., an industrial, safety, and construction supply company. She founded the company in 1991 and the company provides distribution on a national basis. She is also the president of Abernathy Consulting, Ltd which she founded in 1993. Abernathy Consulting, Ltd. Is a full service, client-focused consulting firm. Some of the areas of consulting include Information Technology, Education, Telecommunications, Security, and Construction Management.
Ms. Abernathy has received numerous awards for her professional accomplishments and community service. She currently serves as a Board member of the North Central Minority Supplier Development Council since 2014 and has been the MBE Input committee Chair for NCMSDC since 2018. She serves on the board of Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls, WI, which is a part of the Froedtert Health and the Medical College of Wisconsin System. In an effort to give back to the community and pull forward the next generation. Ms. Abernathy has been a member of the Washington High School of information Technology advisory board for 10 years.
